The Faena District comes to the Miami River

Two 68-story towers on 327 feet of river frontage, joined 700 feet in the air by a 45,000-square-foot Sky Bridge of culture, wellness and dining — architecture by Rafael Viñoly, interiors by Bryan O'Sullivan, and Faena's own hospitality running the day-to-day. From $1.5M on the developer's March 2026 sheet. Private viewings with Sean Paul, in English or Spanish, in person or on Zoom.

The Faena difference

Most towers sell amenities. Faena runs a living ecosystem.

  • Faena operates the day-to-day. Valet, reception, restaurants, pool, spa and butler service are delivered as Faena hospitality — the brand that runs Faena Miami Beach — not badge-engineered staff. Residences are fully serviced, five-star, every day.
  • Faena Rose — the cultural membership. A private cultural club of screenings, talks, live music, galas and guest-chef dinners; the developer presents membership access as carried within the maintenance structure. Exact terms are confirmed in writing during your viewing.
  • A museum you live in. Site-specific commissions across the property, led by Juan Gatti's block-long riverfront mosaic mural — presented as the largest mural in Florida — with works by Andrés Reisinger and other Faena collaborators.
  • The river as an amenity. Private riverfront arrival, marine concierge, yacht programming and a district park at the water — with Kiki on the River, Seaspice and the river restaurants minutes away.

Faena Rose terms, service programs, yacht and guest-suite usage and all fees are confirmed with the developer in writing during your viewing and governed by the condominium documents. This is a luxury lifestyle residence, not a short-term-rental product; rental rules are confirmed in the condominium documents. No rental income or return is represented on this page.
